Built solo overnight at DEVCON Camp Run: Build Overnight with Hermes Agent (Makati, October 2, 2026) in the Open Innovation track. Suki Pulse reads a store chain's open customer complaints, traces each one to a cause in branch operations through a 10-tool MCP server, and proposes fixes that Hermes Agent carries out after approval.
On the demo chain it triaged all 694 open complaints across 12 branches in 64.7 seconds for US$0.0163 in total. On the same 40 complaints, the Jev labeling model was 3.9x faster and 35x cheaper per decision than Claude Haiku 4.5.
