Panelista: Capstone Evaluator Marketplace
Free marketplace that matches capstone groups with IT expert evaluators, with a built-in ISO 25010 evaluation form and verifiable certificates.
Panelista matches Filipino capstone groups with IT professionals who can sit as their evaluators. Groups post their capstone with its stack, deadline, and how many evaluators they need; evaluators offer to help or accept requests, and both sides rate each other afterwards. So far 158 requests and 30 evaluators have gone through it.
Evaluations use a built-in ISO 25010 form with weighted results, and every finished evaluation issues a certificate anyone can verify publicly.
Built on Next.js 16, Firebase, and a Cloudflare Worker, with Firebase App Check enforced on Firestore, the API, and the Worker. Open source under MIT, with a protected main branch and CI.
